What are the things you would do vs. an 8 man front defense with the Free Safety running the alley on option playing QB to Pitch? How would you attack this Defensive Design?

Any special Formations?
Any special blocking schemes?
Any special passes?

4th play action HB seam / wr post

5th ctr motion midline or half bone ctr motion triple

6th full bone - see how fast he is
