My team switched to the flexbone half way through last season because our head coach decided we needed to find a system to get more of our athletes on the field at one time. The changed payed off and we got better each week as the season went on. I have been studying the flex for over 6 years now, and I finally got an opportunity to fully coordinate the offense starting from spring workouts going into the season. I have 4 qbs (2 varsity and 2 Jv) that I have to develop. I would like any advise on how to get the most out of this position.
